Interiman Group | August 2026
This Data Protection Policy and Privacy Notice (hereinafter: ‘Privacy Notice’) applies to the Interiman Group and to the Group’s companies in Switzerland and abroad (hereinafter ‘the Group’s companies’), as well as to the brands they operate.
When you provide your personal data to the various Group companies, you grant us permission to use this information to the extent necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations binding upon us and in connection with the use of our websites. The Interiman Group treats this information as confidential and only discloses it to third parties for the intended purposes.
With this privacy policy, we aim to provide users of our websites, candidates and our employees with the necessary information regarding data protection within the Group’s companies. We naturally comply with the legal provisions of the Federal Act on Data Protection of 25 September 2020 (FADP; SR 235.1), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; GDPR) and other applicable legal provisions.
This privacy policy explains the purposes for which and the manner in which we process personal data, who has access to this data and to whom it is disclosed. We also inform you of your rights in relation to your personal data.
Each individual company within the Interiman Group is responsible for processing within the meaning of the FADP (regardless of whether you have a contractual relationship with it or not). However, your personal data is centralised at Interiman Group Services SA, Avenue des Baumettes 7, 1020 Renens (Switzerland), which undertakes to comply with this policy. Our various systems are secured against loss, destruction, theft, disclosure or alteration of data by unauthorised persons. Our various data storage systems ensure confidential processing and comply with the technical and organisational measures for data protection (Art. 8 of the FADP). The Interiman Group points out that the transmission of data over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may be vulnerable to security breaches. It is therefore not possible to completely protect data from access by third parties.
We collect your contact details (name, postal address, email address and telephone numbers). When you use the websites of the Group’s companies or of our suppliers’ applications (Medicalis Easytime, Hotelis Easytime, Easytime Flexsis Suisse, Easytime Flexsis Schweiz, Easytime by Albedis, SPS Easytime, Easytime), we collect information about your usage (IP address, date and time, service requested, etc.). If you have a personal account, we collect the necessary information, such as your login and password.
It is also possible that certain providers, who provide services on our behalf and exclusively in accordance with our instructions, may use cookies. For further information, please consult the cookie policy of the relevant provider.
We also collect the necessary information, which is usually contained in a CV, insofar as this is required to create an account or to carry out the application process. This information includes the following:
For candidates who register and submit their application
For employees who are currently working or have worked for us
Data processing also extends to sensitive personal data within the meaning of Article 5(c) of the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) or to special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR. Data requiring special protection includes political views, religious beliefs, physical or mental health, or a photograph revealing ethnic origin. If you provide such information in your application documents, you expressly agree that we may store, process and disclose this information confidentially and exclusively for professional purposes.
We carry out all our processing in accordance with the legal bases applicable to us, which fall into one of the following categories:
We use your personal data to:
In addition to the activities mentioned above, if you are a candidate and have an account on our websites or have applied via one of our websites, we also use your personal data – always in confidence – to:
We may also use your information for other purposes, provided that we inform you specifically of this, at the latest at the time this information is collected. Your consent to such use will always be sought.
Interiman Group’s legitimate interests in processing your personal data are, in particular, the following:
Whenever we process data for these purposes, we take great care to ensure that your rights are taken into account and safeguarded. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
We retain your personal data in our systems for as long as is necessary for our processing activities and to fulfil our legal obligations.
We do not disclose the personal data we collect about you, except in the cases described in this privacy policy or on the basis of specific clauses provided in the context of certain activities, with your consent.
To ensure the proper provision of our services, your personal data may be shared between companies within the Group, with client companies of the Interiman Group or with recruitment consultants.
Furthermore, we may share your personal data with our service providers, who provide services on our behalf and exclusively in accordance with our instructions. Our service providers are contractually bound by the Group companies to maintain confidentiality and to comply with legal provisions relating to data protection. Furthermore, we do not permit these service providers to use or disclose your personal data, except for the purpose of providing the aforementioned services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. It may occur that companies within the Group transfer personal data to service providers whose registered office is located outside Switzerland or outside an EU Member State and which therefore do not meet the EU’s standard level of security. In such cases, the Interiman Group takes the necessary precautions to ensure that any company not based within the EU that processes your personal data provides adequate protection for the processing of the data transferred. Upon request, and to the extent required by applicable law, the Interiman Group will inform you of the countries to which your data is transferred or may be transferred, as well as the appropriate safeguards put in place to ensure an adequate level of protection (for example, standard contractual clauses). It is possible that the relevant service providers may, in turn, engage subcontractors to provide their services.
Provided that the subcontractor in question processes your personal data in Switzerland, within the European Economic Area, or in a country outside the European Economic Area which has legislation ensuring an adequate level of protection within the meaning of Article 16(1) of the Federal Data Protection Act (FADP), we permit such processing. Where the subcontractor in question is required to process your personal data in a country outside the European area which does not have legislation guaranteeing a level of protection equivalent to that in Switzerland, we permit such processing on condition that this company complies with the legal requirements (Art. 16 et seq. of the FADP and Art. 28 and 44 to 49 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)). In both these cases, you expressly consent to such a transfer in order to ensure the proper functioning of our services. In particular, you may withdraw your consent at any time and request the erasure of your data; however, please note that such a withdrawal may impair or even render impossible the provision of all or part of the services offered by the companies within the Group (including Interiman Group Services SA), as well as any contractual relationships dependent thereon.
Finally, we may disclose personal data relating to you (1) where we are required to do so by law or in the course of legal proceedings; (2) to law enforcement authorities or in response to a lawful request for disclosure; and (3) if we believe that disclosure is appropriate to prevent bodily harm, damage or financial loss, or in the context of an investigation into suspected unlawful or fraudulent acts.
The ‘right of access’ enables you to access your personal data held by Interiman Group Services SA at any time. You also have a ‘right to rectification’ in respect of this data. You therefore have the right to have any inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected or supplemented. You also have a ‘right to erasure’, which enables you to request that we erase your stored personal data or restrict its processing, insofar as this is compatible with the fulfilment of our legal or contractual obligations.
You may also, at any time, withdraw any declaration of consent you may have signed, which forms an integral part of this privacy policy. However, such withdrawal applies only to the future. It therefore does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the date of withdrawal.
You also have the right to contact the relevant data protection authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern. If you are located within the European Economic Area, you may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in your country of residence or employment.
