ISO recertification of the Interiman Group: Insight into our quality promise

The Interiman Group, together with all its brands – including Flexsis, Medicalis, Hotelis, albedis, Humanys, Acceleris Academy and SPS – and over 70 locations across Switzerland, has successfully completed recertification under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
This certification is far more than a formal procedure; since 2017, it has stood for a binding quality promise to clients, candidates and employees.
What does the recertification actually mean?
ISO 9001 confirms the efficiency and transparency of our quality management processes. ISO 14001 emphasises our responsibility for environmental and resource protection, while ISO 45001 focuses on health and safety in the workplace. Together, these standards form the foundation for sustainable growth and partnerships characterised by trust. The recertification also shows that all our employees throughout Switzerland – across our decentralised organisation – respect, maintain and actively practise these standards on a daily basis.
The path to certification
There are multiple stages to the recertification process:
- Audit preparation: Internal reviews, documentation checks and process analyses.
- Site review: Our locations across Switzerland had to demonstrate that quality and environmental standards, as well as workplace safety guidelines, are consistently implemented in everyday life.
- External check: Independent auditors have critically examined processes, structures and standards.
The result: All requirements have been met – proof that the standards are implemented systematically throughout the Group.
Why is this relevant?
For our clients, recertification means verified quality and traceable processes. Candidates benefit from professional support in a secure environment. And our employees receive confirmation that health and safety are clearly embedded in the company.
